GlamBix started with a gap we couldn't unsee — between the standard of care UAE clinics deliver in the treatment room, and what happens to an enquiry before anyone ever gets there.
We built this studio because we kept seeing the same thing — excellent clinics losing clients somewhere between the ad they paid for and the consultation they never got to have.
The care was there. The results were there. But the enquiry arrived as a message at nine at night, sat unanswered until the morning, and by then the client had already booked somewhere down the road.
And half the time it arrived in Arabic, to a website that only spoke English. In this market that isn't a small oversight — it is half the room, deciding you weren't built for them.
We're a small studio of developers and designers working only with med spas and aesthetic clinics in the UAE. Narrow on purpose. We'd rather understand one industry properly than be passable across a dozen.
