These terms govern your use of the GlamBix website and the way we begin a working relationship. By browsing the site or sending us an inquiry, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

GlamBix is a studio that designs bilingual booking experiences, bespoke websites and supporting tools for med spas and aesthetic clinics. Every engagement is bespoke. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment — the specifics of any project are set out in a separate written agreement before work begins.

Submitting an inquiry tells us you'd like to talk. It doesn't create a contract and doesn't guarantee that we'll take on your project — we work selectively, by inquiry only. A working relationship starts only once we've both agreed terms in writing.

Please give us accurate information in your inquiry, and only submit details you have the right to share.

You agree not to:

• use the inquiry form to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• copy or reuse the site's design, copy, or imagery without our permission.

The design, written content, and visual identity of this website belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce it.

Ownership of anything we create for a client is governed entirely by that client's separate project agreement, not by these terms.

We take care with this website, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we may change or update it at any time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GlamBix isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date above, and the current version will always live on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws applicable to our studio. We'll always try to resolve any concern with you directly and in good faith first — a quick email usually sorts things out.
